At The Cell Phone Shoppe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mobile technology. If your device or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the phone is factory reset with all personal data removed, and place it back in its original packaging with all included chargers and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
